The church of St. Mary and All Saints is one of the oldest churches in the Diocese of Norwich still in regular use for worship. It has a central tower which leads to an interesting internal arrangement. There are several Saxon features to be found in the church along with fragments of wall painting from the 14th or 15th century. The church is open each and every day for visitors, or those wishing to pray or reflect on lost loved ones. The Nave was reroofed in August 2020 with the help of grant funding and various generous donations. Parish Safeguarding Adviser is Mr Tony Bell Tel 01760 755453 Link to Diocesan Safeguarding is dioceseofnorwich.org/training/safeguarding "Individuals who wish to make representations about safeguarding can make direct contact with the Diocesan Safeguarding Adviser (email:safeguarding@dioceseofnorwich.org or 01603 882345). However, recognising that this may not feel safe for those with a lived experience of abuse from within the Church, a dedicated telephone helpline - 0800 80 20 20 - operated independently from the Church, by the NSPCC is also available."
